Returns & Refund Policy
This policy lasts 7 days from the date your order has been delivered. If 7 days have gone by since then, unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include the certificate of authenticity. Please contact me via email hello@charlisavage.com.au.

To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned artwork. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or lost in transit for reasons not due to my error, a refund will not be granted.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
Sale Artworks
Unfortunately, artworks purchased at a sale price cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Artwork Exchange
I accept change of mind exchanges. For instance, if you purchase an artwork and you feel it doesn’t suit the aesthetic of your home and you wish to exchange it for another artwork. The artwork will need to be returned to me first, in the original packaging, including the certificate of authenticity, and in the original condition it arrived in. If a return should arrive back to me damaged or the artwork becomes lost in transit, I will not be responsible for providing an exchange or refund.

Damaged Artworks
If an artwork is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact me at hello@charlisavage.com.au with photos of the damage as close to the time of arrival as possible. Contact made after 24 hours of arrival regarding damage will not be considered my responsibility. Please check your artwork when it arrives to ensure there is no damage.
For damaged original artworks a full refund can be provided. You will first need to return the damaged artwork back to me in the original packaging, including the certificate of authenticity. Return tracking will need to be provided to me as proof. Once the item has been received, a refund will be provided back to the original payment source.
For limited-edition print artworks, you can opt for a full refund, or replacement. You will first need to return the damaged artwork back to me in the original packaging, including the certificate of authenticity. Return tracking will need to be provided to me as proof. Once the item has been received, a refund or replacement will be provided.
If return tracking is not provided to me as proof, and the artwork becomes lost in transit, no refund or exchange will be provided.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an artwork. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange artwork to reach you may vary.
A traceable shipping service MUST be used for return items. I recommend purchasing shipping insurance as well but is not mandatory. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned artwork.
